People say John McCain is too old to be our Commander in Chief. But doesn't the Bible say that with age comes wisdom? Hmm... that would mean John McCain is the wisest candidate that is in the running.
As time goes on, the life span grows longer for healthy Americans. Take John McCain's mother for instance. If he is 71 years old, and his mother is still alive, that should be taken into consideration when someone says he is "too old" to run.
Yes, the position of the President is a difficult role, but wouldn't you rather have someone that has the experience and the WISDOM that it takes to be President? Or do you want to vote for a woman who lies about being gunned down in Bosnia (what else will she lie about, remember her husband's presidency), or a man who is more liberal than someone who openly ran as a Socialist?
I also don't understand how someone who is a Christian can vote for someone who is pro-choice, choosing to kill a child even though it is not his/her fault that he is there, or vote for someone who is for homosexual marriage even though the Bible clearly states it is wrong. The Bible does not say to hate homosexuals, it says to love them, but hate what they do because it is sinful.
The facts are the facts, people, whether you like it or not.
The age requirement for Presidency is that you be 35 years of age or OLDER and an American citizen. Nowhere does it say you have to be UNDER a certain age. Someone in John McCain's stage of life has seen the struggles and successes of our great country and others, and has learned how to make the best of it, and work through it.
Tell me what you think, I am all ears.
